An entrepreneur and visionary, Mr K. Chandramohan laid the foundations for NTC Logistics India in 1997. With an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and over 25 years of experience, he is the recipient of many awards for his dynamic leadership and creating a niche in the ODC [Over Dimensional Cargo] movement segment that is unparalleled in the history of Indian logistics. Under his chairmanship, NTC Logistics owns the 7th most extensive fleet of specialized vehicles and equipment globally. Today, it is a multi-national and multi-billion-rupee business conglomerate in allied and diversified fields.
Holding an MBA from Madras University, Mr Raajasundaram is the Joint Managing Director of NTC Group, has extensive experience of over 25 years in managing the budget, treasury, accounts, audits, compliances, and insurance. Hailing from a family of acute business acumen, Mr Raajasundaram has a natural flair for governing corporate finances and built a formidable reputation for leading the Finance & Accounting for the NTC Group since 1997. With his excellent rapport with banks and financial institutions, NTC Group’s financial planning and requirements are efficiently fulfilled.
Mr Thillaiarasan helms the fleet operations and special projects division at NTC. As an Automobile Engineer and an avid automobile enthusiast, his proficiency in transportation, ODC Vehicles, and maintenance has benefitted teams in designing and modifying fleets to operate in adverse terrains and unfavourable weather conditions. With over 20 years of experience, his genius has paved the way for numerous breakthroughs and innovative initiatives in Operations and Maintenance in the group
Mr Muthusamy, Director of Fleet Operations and Maintenance, is in charge of NTC Logistics' Namakkal facility and manages one of the largest fleets consisting of more than 2000 drivers, co-drivers and operators. Having entered the transportation business at a very early stage as an entrepreneur of a small fleet of vehicles, Mr Muthusamy forged an association with Mr Chandramohan to build the NTC empire with his expertise
Mr. Jayasimman brings a wealth of experience and expertise in marketing & engineering with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the logistics industry. He has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Renewable business.
Ms Shantha Martin is a Science graduate with Masters in Business Administration from TAPMI, Manipal. Having worked with Multinationals in diverse industries, she has extensive experience spanning over 20 years in globally handling LCL, FCL, Air Freight, Warehousing, Project Cargo, Surface Transport, and Charter of vessels and aircraft. With various such experiences, Ms Martin brings a holistic understanding of the business milieu from across the globe. In her career course, she has gathered numerous accolades and awards
As an IIM alumnus and CEO of SCINNTC Supply Chain Solutions, Mr Balaji directs the executive teams and oversees company operations, new business initiatives, client relations, sales, and marketing. An experience that spans over two decades in Strategic Planning & Management, Mr Balaji's expertise extends to all facets of the value chain across industries that have been instrumental in crucial turnarounds in all these organizations. Possessing an exceptional flair for working in Business Planning, Operations Management, Supply Chain Optimization, and imports, Mr Balaji's resilient business acumen has garnered him several prestigious accolades.
A keen strategist & planner with a track record of achieving business excellence objectives, Mr Anthoniraj has extensive experience in proficiently managing & leading teams for running successful processes and implementing procedures & standards for business excellence. Prior to joining NTC, Mr Anthoniraj has served for two decades at various airbases of Indian Air Force Logistics, and as the Business and Operations Head of Gati Logistics. These experiences have shaped his demeanour, and he continues to apply his expertise with NTC Group companies.
With experience spanning over 25 years, Mr Sakthivel is the Chief Executive Officer of Power Press Engineers, one of the NTC Group of companies. Mr Sakthivel also effectively heads NTC Tanshu’s operations, end-to-end sales activities, and support in all markets.
